Texidor de Texidor, María

According to Melanie Maldonado:

Ana María Texidor Santiago was an important singer from Guayama. She was documented in the recording sometimes referred to as the Oppenheimer video and is believed to be the principal singer on the audio clips often referred to here as the “Bomba del Sur” recordings (possibly from Guayama in the 1950s). She was the mother of bombera Flora Texidor who also appears in the “Cachón dice Elena” video (also from the 1950s). 1
